Return Request Period

Damaged Product

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we kindly request that you provide us with an unboxing video and clear photos clearly demonstrating the damage. This visual evidence will be crucial in assessing the situation and determining the appropriate course of action.

Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order, please submit an unboxing video and clear photos showcasing the remaining items. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will carefully examine the situation and, upon confirmation of the missing items, promptly issue a refund for the missing item(s).

Exchange for Wrong Product

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, please note that the shipping charges for both the return of the incorrect item and the shipment of the replacement item will be your responsibility. To initiate the exchange process, kindly contact our customer support team for detailed instructions.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned products must adhere to the following conditions:

  • Unused: The product must be unused and in its original, unwashed condition.

  • Undamaged: The product must be free from any damage or alterations.

  • Original Packaging: The product should be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except in instances where the return is initiated due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item sent). We strongly advise using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
